What to ask a funeral home, and what you can refuse.
Before you commit
Don’t sign anything from Ward's Funeral Chapel(or any funeral home) before you’ve seen the General Price List in writing. The Funeral Rule forbids any funeral home from requiring an in-person visit just to get prices — phone and email work.
